Notice to Clients — Talent Procurement in Regulated States

Clients seeking to engage or procure the services of talent represented by SL Models & Talent Agency, LLC for projects taking place in or governed by the laws of California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, and North Dakota are hereby advised that all such procurement is subject to applicable state talent agency and employment agency statutes.

In accordance with those statutes, all booking and procurement inquiries for work within the above-referenced jurisdictions must be directed to and coordinated through SL Models & Talent Agency, LLC prior to the execution of any engagement agreement. SLMTA will verify and facilitate all required coordination with its professionally licensed partner agents and agencies operating within the applicable jurisdiction(s) before any talent placement is confirmed.

No direct procurement, solicitation, or engagement of SLMTA-represented talent by a client shall be deemed valid or enforceable in those states without prior written authorization from SL Models & Talent Agency, LLC and confirmation of licensed partner agent involvement where required by law.
