Talent & Parent Safety
Your Safety Is Non-Negotiable

- We follow all state child labor and minor talent laws without exception
- No minor will be booked for a job without explicit guardian approval
What We Ask For — Photo Guidelines
You do not need professional photos to apply. We follow standard industry scouting practices and ask for natural 'digitals' — clean, well-lit smartphone photos that show your natural look.
Photo 1
Headshot
Straight-on, close-up of your face. No filters, no heavy makeup. Plain background.
Photo 2
Profile Shot
Side profile of your face and neck. Natural lighting preferred.
Photo 3
Full Body Front
Head to toe, standing straight. Form-fitting clothing, plain background.
Photo 4
Full Body Side
Side view, head to toe. Same plain background.
Photo 5
Natural Expression
A relaxed, natural photo — not posed. This helps us see your personality.
Impostor Warning
Scammers frequently impersonate talent agency scouts online. If you receive a message from someone claiming to represent SLMTA through an unofficial channel, do not respond, do not send money, and do not send personal documents.
